Hi all,
I'm in the process of revising our training programs for new hires in the Ticketing department. Does anyone have training outlines or other materials that you would be willing to share with me? If it is email-able, you can send it to me directly at LesleyC@slso.org.
Thanks in advance for your help!

We’re a relatively-new licensee and are developing both user guides for existing staff and in-house training materials for new hires. I’d love to know what other organizations have used as well!
Thanks so much,
Laura

I have to say that we LOVE the T-classes for new hires. If I have a big group who have been hired at once I will play the class and pause it to interject some business specific information. As an introductory tool they are great! Check them out!
