training documentation

We’re a relatively-new licensee and are developing both user guides for existing staff and in-house training materials for new hires. I’d love to know what other organizations have used as well!

 I have to say that we LOVE the T-classes for new hires.  If I have a big group who have been hired at once I will play the class and pause it to interject some business specific information.  As an introductory tool they are great!  Check them out!
