I sometimes experience an issue when I like to request a PAH reprint. I would like to hear if anyone experience the same and how to get around this issue. The recent example was a customer who had his tickets printed to a boca, but wanted to have the tickets as PAH instead. I get the message: "Request Failed: No tickets has yet been printed for this order; not eligible for reprint request"
As mentioned the tickets was printed to a boca and the status is also TPD, so the message doesn't make any sense :) The only solution right now is to book the tickets in a new order.

By chance do the tickets have a comp price type assigned? There is a bug in v12+ re: recording comp ticket history to T_ORDER_SEAT_HIST that inhibits comp PAH reprints. A fix is pending...

Thank you for your reply. Yes the delivery was changed to Print at Home, so that is unfortunately not the reason for this error :(
