Merged account issue

Hello -

I have a merged account that has a credit on account issue.  The household was created with two individual accounts.  On one of the individual accounts, there is a value on account (credit).  The problem is, when trying to add an order in the household, and attempting to use that credit to pay for it, the credit isn't available as it lives in the individual account..  I also cannot add an order to the individual account either.

Any advice on how to move the money to the household account or another way around this issue?

  • I had a similar issue recently and there are two other ways to transfer funds that may work for you. The first is refunding the money on-account to cash and paying the order off with the cash or doing the same with a gift certificate.
