Exporting a list

Lists get exported to Excel by running the list through a report to pull the data you want. Two common reports to use are:

• User Defined Format from a List: Can create envelopes, mailing labels, and several other formats; run any one of them and then go to Reports on the top menu bar and select Save As to save to Excel. (Make sure to check the box to include data labels.)
• Execute an Output Set: Output sets are set up by local Tessitura users to include data that may not be included in the fields of User Defined Format from a List. For instance, you can set up an output set to include the most recent gift, or most recent ticket purchase.
