We are offering an early subscription pacakge renewal to patrons but will not have our season built in time for the offer. I'm looking for recommendations about where to temporarily store the money in Tessitura until the season is built?
You could probably set up a dummy event that you can delete when your packages are set up. You’ll just have to make sure that your start date for your package goes back to the date the dummy event was set up for.
This way you can retain all the information on the transaction; order date, actual payment info, initiator, etc.
