We are offering an early subscription pacakge renewal to patrons but will not have our season built in time for the offer. I'm looking for recommendations about where to temporarily store the money in Tessitura until the season is built?
Quite honestly, the easiest thing you could do is put the money to an "On Account" payment method. You could set up a special one specific to this early package renewal. That way you can reports on that payment method. Setting this up for web sales may take some modification but it could, conceivably, be handled the same way as on account money is handled for web donations.
