I've been asked to help add a "Donated Seat" flag to the printed tickets, so that they aren't re-donated, therefore confusing the reporting.
I've added the "Resold Flag" to the ticket design, but it then prints "Donated Seat" on the tickets. They would rather it say "DFR". Where is this changed? Is it something I can set in ticket design? In the database? I've run out of places to look.

You didn’t miss anything. The document on ticket designs is pretty old and missing useful information like this. It is on our list for redoing, but we haven’t reached it yet.
