PAHT on Mobile Devices

We have had some issues with customers who tried to print their PAHT from smart phones or tablets. When it opens the PDF the only data elements that appears are the barcodes. All other data elements do not appear. Everyone who called in with this issue was instructed to open the attachment on a desktop or laptop and it worked fine after that. But with increasing use of mobile devices we want our customers to have that option as well. We are using TNEW.

If anyone who ran into this issue has any tips or tricks, we'd be very grateful.

  • Interesting -- sounds like a PDF rendering issue. Do you know what kind of devices have the issue, and are you able to replicate it?

    Quick Question: Where do you find the PAHT configuration file? I have access to all the templates and logs and most other files through RAMP but just can't find it. Do I need access to the RAMP desktop itself?

    We're not on RAMP: You're seeking the file TessituraPrintServer.exe.config, which lives one directory level up from the logs and templates. If you don't have access to that, you may need sysadmin intervention from RAMP support.
