Hello,
We had to turn the print flag off for a show in order to change 10% of the house to delivery method Will Call. Once those were printed, we turned the print flag back on. Hundreds of PAHT were queued up to go out while the print flag was off. After turning flag on, no PAHT went out.
Has anyone experienced this and found a solution to it?

Yes,
Our Print Server was adjusted past 3 days in order to accommodate any orders that were in a queue up to 45 days. Now, when we turn the print flag off for more than 3 days, the Print Server will still take notice of those orders that were in queue.
