We had to turn the print flag off for a show in order to change 10% of the house to delivery method Will Call. Once those were printed, we turned the print flag back on. Hundreds of PAHT were queued up to go out while the print flag was off. After turning flag on, no PAHT went out.
Has anyone experienced this and found a solution to it?

If they are still set to PAH, and haven't got a print line in their ticket history, they should be picked up by the job.
The one thing to check is that the DaysInThePast value in your PAH config file covers the orders that are not being picked up, as it may be that the value is very low, and so it's not picking them up.
