We are just looking to update our contact system and was wondering if anybody has had any experience with a system called 'Shoretel' and how/can it integrate with Tessitura?
Any feedback would be amazing.

We've been using ShoreTel for a few years now and custom built our own integration to Tessitura, which is now in it's second version.
We do have periodic issues with ShoreTel and in fact have had a number of days where we've been without service for a 1/2 day or more, but I'm sure that's the case with a lot of providers. ShoreTel seems to have improved its help desk over the last little while and are much more responsive now to issues.
I can put you in touch with our IT Manager & App Dev Developer who are more familiar with ShoreTel and our custom integration if you would like more info.

I'd be interested to see what you have done with Shoretel and Tessitura.
I assume you are running Shoretel Sky or the hosted version or are you running the on prem Contact Center?
