Hi All,
We are just looking to update our contact system and was wondering if anybody has had any experience with a system called 'Shoretel' and how/can it integrate with Tessitura?
Any feedback would be amazing.

We've been using ShoreTel for a few years now and custom built our own integration to Tessitura, which is now in it's second version.
We do have periodic issues with ShoreTel and in fact have had a number of days where we've been without service for a 1/2 day or more, but I'm sure that's the case with a lot of providers. ShoreTel seems to have improved its help desk over the last little while and are much more responsive now to issues.
I can put you in touch with our IT Manager & App Dev Developer who are more familiar with ShoreTel and our custom integration if you would like more info.

Hi Ryan – We implemented a ShoreTel system here in November. I haven’t really done much investigation to see if it can integrate with Tess, but overall I’ve been very pleased with the functionality and features.
If you go down the road of Tess integration, I’d love to hear about it!

We've had ShoreTel for a little over a year and for the most part are very happy with it. Like Michele, we have had occasional downtime (not to the extent she has, thank goodness)
I haven't heard of how it can integrate with Tessitura, though - would love to hear more, as our organization might be able to benefit from this.

Hi Ryan,
We've been running Shoretel for a while now.
Shoretel professional services wrote a connector app for us that does screen pop and contact record population.
I'd be happy to share the details.

I'd be interested to see what you have done with Shoretel and Tessitura.
I assume you are running Shoretel Sky or the hosted version or are you running the on prem Contact Center?

Our developers are in the midst of a new website launch, so I will get some info from them next week after our go live and pass it along.
