If you put a value to your comp tickets, would you let me know what and how? We have been asked to track the value of our comp ticket giveaways so we can record the total of the value in reports, but I want to make sure the value does not add to actual income receipts. Please let me know if anyone out there has a way of setting up a value system in Tessitura and if you can include that comp value with comp totals in any of the Tessitura reports, without the value skewing the actual ticket sale income.
