Dollar amount off total order?

Pricing rules don’t take effect until version 12.5. With that said, you could create a price type that is the discount and then set up an offer in season maintenance that is tied to that source/promo code. Then when the patron enters it on the website, it will shift the price to whatever price type is associated to that offer.
