Ticket Pricing Proofing

Hi Everyone,

I was wondering if anyone has come up with an easy way to do some ticket price proofing. We are on 12.1 so we have the price grid. What would ultimately be most amazing is if you could export the whole price grid to an Excel document for proofing but I don't see that as an option. Is there a new report I'm missing that helps with proofing or have any of you created a custom report (that you'd be willing to share) that helps with price proofing.

Any insight from fine people would be most wonderful.

Chris

    Christopher Cuhel:

This looks interesting Chris. Do you have selection parameters in the report that allow you to pick specific performances, days of week, etc? I only ask because we have different prices on different days of the week. Also, the price might be different from performance run to performance run.

Yes; the only parameter is a perf dropdown, for selecting just such different perfs as you describe, e.g. a Friday Evening, a Wednesday Mat, or whatever, typically during season setup.

I've done a couple custom reports over the years for stuff like this (we have a lot of price types). If the sample screenshot below looks interesting, I'd be glad to share the report.

Sounds like a good idea: this report shouldn't require much additional customization for other sites, so would I think make a good candidate for sharing via TASK. I'll submit shortly...
