We have a TNEW sales website with SYOS enabled.
My question is - Is there a way to supress the initial fixed graphic page that appears directly before the actual SYOS map?

We have a small (400 seat) one level auditorium and generally have one seat price. The graphic page takes a few seconds to load and doesn't really add anything to the booking. It feels a bit superfluous and slows the transaction a bit.
Is this something that can be controlled from within System Tables or will I need to contact TNEW via Task?
Thanks
Simon
Sure; they just contacted TNEW when setting up the facility and supplied an image. You could probably just open a ticket if the facility has already been created by them, though. C.// X.
Found this in the "What's New in TN Express Web v6.0 documentation":Updates to Select-Your-Own-Seat (SYOS) Interface[...] Additionally, if a facility has only one screen of seats, the SYOS page can be configured to bypass the interstitial large seat map view and go directly to the seat detail view to choose seats. To configure this feature, please submit a TASK ticket in the Web Products workspace....wheeeee! Version 6.0 is going to be a doozy. Hope it gets released soon.C.//X.
Brilliant, so yes, looks like V6 will have a system table option to bypass the superfluous screen!
We've decided - as there was a cost for changing the existing layout graphic with a photo image - to wait for V6 upgrade and change it then. As far as I'm aware V6 is due this month sometime. We'll upgrade fairly soon after.
Thanks everyone!
