We have a TNEW sales website with SYOS enabled.
My question is - Is there a way to supress the initial fixed graphic page that appears directly before the actual SYOS map?

We have a small (400 seat) one level auditorium and generally have one seat price. The graphic page takes a few seconds to load and doesn't really add anything to the booking. It feels a bit superfluous and slows the transaction a bit.
Is this something that can be controlled from within System Tables or will I need to contact TNEW via Task?
Thanks
Simon
Mmmm. An interesting idea, but I think it’s a complicated way to resolve a simple problem. And ultimately, with a split screen, you’re reducing real estate for your SYOS map.
Having the ability to make it turn-on-and-turn-offable via a checkbox (or an entry in a System Table) as you’ve mentioned before would be a better idea – or even simpler still, I don’t see any reason why it couldn’t automatically skip the birds-eye step when it recognises that only one screen is present in the facility. TNEW, over to you…! C.//
Xxx.
On reflection - I think you're right. Much better to have an option to skip the step entirely.
As I say it's not a huge issue but as our TNEW site is hosted in the US the additional step take a few seconds which is a bit annoying. As I understand it there's a plan for a European hosting facility soon which I imagine will help click speeds, but an option to go straight to seat select would be perfect.
