Hi All
I'm interested in how other organisations detail Audio Described performances (or any other special performances) in Tessitura.
At present our Ticketing department do this via TR_Calendar_text. While this highlights it to Box Office staff, we are unable to report on this. Also it is not apparent at performance level that it is the AD show (unless you spotted it on the Product Calendar). Therefore I am looking for ideas on how best to build AD performances.

At Yale Rep, we put it in as a Performance Type in the performance set up. We pull that into many reports and our Daily Sales Report which is handy.
