Hi Everyone,
We're thinking about changing our ticket centre hours. We are currently open 9:30-5:30 Mon to Sat. We were thinking about changing to 10am-5pm, and were wondering what other people do, and whether you would be willing to share the pros and cons that you find with your own hours.

Our Box Office is open Tuesday - Saturday from 10am until 5:30pm, Sunday from 12noon until 5pm and closed on Mondays. On performance days we stay open until 1/2 hour after the first curtain. We also used to stay open through intermission but found that we did not do enough business to warrent staying open later. We have had no complaints about that. We do get complaints about not being open on Mondays but we do not have enough staff to be open 7 days a week and have more performances on Sundays than on Mondays. If we have a Monday performance we will open the Box Office at 10am and stay until 1/2 hour after curtain.

Like Christy said, a lot of us Seattlelites open at noon.Our schedule and feelings about it are similar to theirs.
