Does anyone know how to transfer on account money from an individual listed under a household to the main household account? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
I'm not sure how I can get access to it to be able to put it to a gift card. When I'm in the individual account under the household and I go to a ticket order, it defaults to the household then and the money wont show up On Account in the payment menu. Is there any way to bypass that?
This is the message that I get. We're still on version 11 so I'm not sure if that's a V12 feature or if I have to override it somehow.
I would buy a Gift Certificate with it and then use the Gift Certificate on the Household account to pay for the On Account.

When you click on the individuals account you get the message that says “This individual is a primary affiliate of a household account. Use the household account?” And every time I bet you choose “yes”. This time choose “no”.

I forgot that I can't paste images in on here. Basically it doesn't give me that option. It only allows me to say OK and then it automatically transfers me to the Household account.
Three options:
- Not sure if this is in V.11, but from the individual constituent record, use Constituents menu -> Household Operations -> Move Transactions to Household to move the house credit to the household record so you can use it
- Change the T_DEFAULTS setting for TRANSACT_AS_HOUSEHOLD_ORDER so it Tessi doesn't automatically bump you to the household record when you try to process an order as an individual
- Temporarily remove PRIMARY affiliate status from the individual so you can transact as them without having tessi bump you to the household as per the above defaults setting.
Thank you so much! That worked. Thanks everyone for your help.
Can you type in the const ID for the individual?

Your ability to do this is controlled by the TRANSACT_AS_HOUSEHOLD_ORDER setting in the T_DEFAULTS table. When it is set to Yes, it will automatically switch to the household record when you select an individual record for a ticket order (the behavior Wyatt is seeing). When the default entry is set to Prompt, the system gives you the option of changing to the household record or continuing to use the individual (the behavior Nicole is seeing).
