Good afternoon, I am about to setup our upcoming season and we have "pulls" which are comp tickets where certain departments are entitled to specific locations. Is there a way to select all the dates and select the locations without having to enter the individual date in the sub line item? We would also need the ability to choose the "reason" for the company pulls. Thanks for your assistance!
Did you add the comp price type to the package along with the other price types? We have comp subscriptions in our packages and they work just fine. You also have to make sure that the comp price type you are using is given access to the user groups selling and the MOS you are selling packages to as well.

Thank you everyone for your replies. I guess what i am asking is, is there the ability when making up a new package the ability to utilize complimentary as a price type? It kept on saying error. I can only assume that it was because i could not enter in the comp reason. I am basically looking to pull the same locations for the entire season for the numerous departments at the Met. I like your idea Mark. It seems like a very straight forward plan. The problem i face is some departments might not like the "change" that would be involved.
