We are looking to switch to the Element Gateway from TranScend. For those of you using Element Gateway, how is it working for you? Any issues? Setup problems? Reconciliation problems?
My business manager is concerned with their ACH only requirement for fee payments. Can anyone speak to how that ACH process is going for you?

We had a custom report with Transcend as well that pulled data into a pivot table and provided the data that was needed to reconcile against our monthly statements. Since moving to Element, I had our IT team add a few new fields to the Transactions by Posting report (I think the most helpful field we added was transaction date). This provided almost the exact same data to put into a pivot table and has been used for the past several months and is working perfectly.

Nice. We also had a custom report we used with Transcend, and one of my first tasks after we got the Element_Data_Reporting_Utility working was to re-create that report to use with that local Element data. Custom reporting is even more important/useful with Element than it was with Transcend...
