What rights do I have to grant to activate the Print button in the Order Search? I open a batch, search for an order, find it, but I can't seem to get any of my users to be able to use that Print button.
You need to access Order Search through the Ticket Orders window, not through Season Manager.

Yeah that’s what I’m doing. One of my users says they can do this though, so I’m going to inspect their rights. Thanks though!

On the same thread, is there any way to have the order search screen default to certain values? We would love to be able to use this screen to print will call, but it's too time consuming to put in all of the values, date, not printed, etc, then search. Any ideas?
I’m afraid there is no way to default values, apart from the default order start and end dates which is derived from the currently active Season start and end dates (earliest start date and latest end date).

Two other things:
- Check that you have a Ticket Printer set in Preferences
- Check that you have rights to the Ticket Printing security object if you are not an administrator.
