Tracking online subscriptions

Hi All,

We're still on V.11 and just started selling subscriptions online this season. I want to track how many of our renewals and new subscriptions came in online and not through the ticket office. I'm hoping to do this by using the original solicitor on the ticket order, webapi. I tried running the report Package Order Listing however if one of the ticket office staff changed anything in the order, it changed the solicitor in the report. The original solicitor is still in the ticket order but not on the report. Does anyone have any suggestions how to pull a report like this? I have ideas about how to change this for next year, but I still need to have the information for these renewals.

Thanks,

Susan

  • We use Channel for this kind of reporting. It has worked really well.

ii.      As long as you’re using this in the client

    c.       Package Order – Order Category

                                                                   i.      We use this to differentiate New Subs received during the renewal period, marked as Priority, from New Subs received following the renewal period, marked as (Unknown)
