Finding out how quickly something sold out

Hi guys,

I'm looking for an out of the box solution to find out how quickly a certain price type sold out. I don't want anything custom or manually written SQL as my DBA is already overloaded and I'm sure it must be possible!

Basically we release 160 Friday Rush tickets on a Friday for all performances of a production season the following week and my marketing team would like to know how quickly they sold out (eg. what time was the last Friday Rush price type purchased).

I'm sure there must be an out of the box list/extraction/output set combination to do this but so far we're finding red herrings and hitting brick walls. We've tried a number of approaches but surprisingly not come across anything that has really worked.

Thanks in advance - it's probably something really simple that we've missed/forgotten about!

Thanks both. I needed to see the actual time of the order so went with pulling a price type list against a seating book and looked up the highest order number. It's not an exact science anyway as the tickets appear 'sold out' within five minutes as people put them in their basket and then become available again as people's baskets expire or they change their minds!
