Full Price Exchanges

I am writing from The Joyce Theater in NYC. I was wondering if any theater or organization does full price exchanges?

    Good morning,

    We also allow full price exchanges with a $5 per ticket exchange fee.  We have also created a capture fee that allows us to capture any balance due (before other fees) monies.  This is in line with our no refunds policy, so if a patron exchanges from a PL1 to a PL3 ticket, those monies are swept into the event's ticket revenue GL.
