Hi there,
Yesterday, we started having an issue where we cannot re-print tickets for subscribers from their original order. When clicking on the print tickets or print order button, all printing options are greyed out completely. We just opened our season and have occasional subscribers who forgot their tickets, so this is quite an issue for us at the moment. Has anyone had this issue? Any suggestions on how to fix it?

Yep, the orders are seated, and have previously been printed. This issue is coming up when subscribers arrive for a performance and need a reprint of their tickets.
