Hi there,
I imagine this question may have been asked before, but I had difficulty finding it specifically on the forums.
I'm adjusting the way our box office currently prints tickets, and would like to print all will call tickets for a performance starting two days before that performance. I'd like to include box office transactions as well as web transactions in the same batch print. I'm currently on v11. Is there any way to avoid having to run the batch print twice, and include both type of transactions in one batch print?
Thank you!

We only have Batch types of Ticketing and Development. All web transactions go in Ticketing, even online donations.
But the order search method of printing doesn’t require batch type so I think it’s a little more flexible.

Hi Beth,
Thanks for your response!
I currently have the filters open, except that we change the dates on a rolling basis. I'm more questioning the "Batch Type" underneath the setup. Perhaps I'm misunderstanding what this batch type refers to? Our current options are: Box Office Transactions, Website Transactions, and Development Transactions. To me, that seems that I need to do a batch first for box office transactions, then a 2nd batch for website transactions. I'd like to avoid that if possible.
Thank you for your help - I'm pretty new to Tessitura, so I apologize if I'm misunderstanding something!

Hi Kim,
How do you currently set up your batch print jobs? We've always included web orders with our others orders without issue. For Will Call prints we have our Filter section wide open. All Catergories, Deliveries, and MOS with Reprint set to No.
