I was in the same situation last year. I can definitely help you with the build of new season. Firstly have you looked at the season building checklist in tessitura help system? They have a pretty straightforward checklist. For any customizations we can connect offline.

I'm more than happy to help with this as well, as I've built quite a few by now - although I think every checklist will be different for every organization depending on your needs and business practices. I use a "Season Calendar" where I list all the big onsales throughout the season - such as renewals, fixed subscriptions onsale, flex subscriptions onsale, single ticket onsale, youth packages/tickets onsale - and then list all the tasks that are associated with it.
