One of our ticket designs is printing through the Boca very odd. Instead of printing all of the design elements on 1 ticket like it used to... It's now printing each element of the design on its own ticket. So its printing 15 tickets for each 1 ticket it should be printing. Any ideas as to why? and How to fix it? I have tried everything I can think of.
Thanks
Shane
Two suggestions off the top of my head:
- Print a ticket or two to a file so you can visually inspect and verify the code being sent to the printer.
- Default the settings on your BOCA. We have some 10-year-old miniplus printers where this is done by powering on and then holding the test button for about 10 seconds, but you may need to get instructions from the BOCA website.
We have seen the problem you describe in cases where there is duplicated contiguity defined for seats in the applicable Facility. I would suggest that you check the contiguity assignments for the applicable Facility in the Tessitura Facility Manager and make any appropriate changes to ensure there is no duplicated contiguity assignments. If you do change contiguity in Facility Manager, the stored procedure UP_UPDATE_LOGICAL_NOS can be run in SQL Server Management Studio passing the applicable season number to the procedure to update the contiguity for existing performance inventory.
If this does not appear to be the problem of if there are any questions about this please ask that a TASK help ticket be submitted on your behalf so that Support can assist you in troubleshooting the problem.
