HTML order confirmations.

Hello Tessiturians,

We at the NT are looking at implementing HTML order confirmations, these are currently sent in plain text. I'm trying to get an idea of how many other organisations send their confirmations in HTML and whether this has presented any unexpected (or expected) complications or issues.

Any feedback is welcome, even if it's just a brief "yes, we use HTML order confirmations."

Many thanks,

Geoff White

  • Geoff,

We have HTML confirmations and have had no issues with them at all.  It’s a bit cumbersome to edit them if changes need to be made, but overall, we’ve been using them for about 6-7 years and haven’t had any issues.
