As long as I've been here we've always had the 'Must Be Ticketed' checkbox ticked for our Online mode of sale.
I'm not quite sure why this, but it's becoming rather problematic with exchanges. We reserve dining places online which are not ticketed productions and come off sale earlier than our performances meaning that when attempting to transfer the order it may not be possible to reselect these places.
Are other venues using the 'Must be ticketed' check box, does anyone know of any negative impact it would have from unticking this?
