Hi there.
Our customers place orders via phone, mail and web. The PAH ship method is only offered to constituents who place web orders. Does anyone offer PAH on mail and phone orders?

Yes we do! We charge to have hard tickets mailed but PAH is always free. This has led to significant less line-ups at the door for pick up. Also a great way to build the email database!
