Hi there.

Our customers place orders via phone, mail and web. The PAH ship method is only offered to constituents who place web orders. Does anyone offer PAH on mail and phone orders?

    Yes, we offer them on phone orders. We ask them before we start the order how they would like the tickets delivered.
