Renewed subscriptions on the HH

Hi!

I would like to know if anyone else has a recommendation for dealing with subscription history on an individual record and you are now wanting to do the subscriptions on the Household.  We have added the new subscription on the HH record and now all of our subscriptions are being counted as new as there is no history associated with the HH number.  Has anyone one else encountered this issue and can offer a solution to Tessitura perceiving them as a new subscription?

  • This is kind of a complicated solution, but it might be best to unaffiliated the record with the history, convert it to a household and then merge the households together?

What I’ve done in the past is similar, but I started out with 2 individuals that needed to be made into a household. The record with the history was converted into the household and I affiliated the other individual.

Do you think this would work for you?

    ~Karen
