So I'm a little embarrassed to ask because it's usually just the click of one button and then everything works.
I just built a new facility that other than when included in a Subscription will be SYOS but cannot be bought into as a Subscription online because the Best Seat map doesn't appear to be working.
I have read through the Help documentation many times and have the map built, with rankings, applied to the seat map, and included in the performance.
Please help if you know what I'm missing.
Since it is a new facility was a Best Seat Map applied to it? Did you fight click on the map in facility manager to “Validate Completeness”?

Best seat map is applied to the facility and to all performances there.
We validated completeness and nothing showed.
I would put a support ticket in on this. One possibility is if you made changes to the facility after the performance was built you do have to run a couple procedures to get the changes to proliferate to the existing performances. In any case support can work with you to troubleshoot this issue.
