Our box office is interested in adding On Account funds for angry patrons.Is this possible? Would we need a pool of money to draw from? Wouldn't it adversely effect our accounting?Does your organization do something similar? Thanks for the input.
We utilize “On Account” here but mainly for subscribers who exchange out of a performance and haven’t decided which new date they can attend. Are you looking to create something that would allow angry patrons to attend something else? You could try building a Customer Retention event and reserve them Comps in that performance. They could then exchange for a comp to something else at another time.
