Seat locked in online order

Hey,

Has anyone using TNEW experienced a seat being locked into an online order (purple) that doesn't time out after the specified time allotted? If so, does anyone know of a way to force it to be released? I can't access the order, and no patron information shows.

  • The #170 one, will that work with our Web since it is different?  Just thinking out or rather “writing” out loud!!!

    Just went looking for these reports and it looks like your report solution numbers are switched -- might want to edit that for future reference?

    Thanks though; Cleanup connection (170) was exactly what I was looking for.

    Good morning Maurice,

    We have encountered this issue on a number of occasions and I believe that there are some shared reports available through TASK that can be run to unlock the seats.

    CD Web Current Seat Locks (Report #170)
    - This report identifies the locked seats by Season

    Cleanup Connection (Report #171)
    - This utility unlocks seats by the Locked by Number

  • You know, I'm not sure.  I have a feeling it will because we were using this custom report before we were TNEW users but it might be worth a TASK ticket to get Support's take on this.
