Quickly adding seats for overselling

Hi everyone,

I am in need of a fix for Overselling. We are a Museum with a Planetarium with fixed seating. Our members get free tickets, and often times get tickets, but then don't show up for the performance.

Is there a way to open those seats back up, so we can re-sell them to other guests? (Returning the unused tickets is not really an option, since I don't know who used their tickets and who didn't)

  • We have a similar situation for our Cabaret. We always have some seats in the facility that have production kill holds so when this issue arises the box office can quickly unhold those seats and over sale a performance.
