Adding Portal assignments

Hello everyone,

 

How would I go about adding Portal/door assignment to seats in an existing facility?  We use a venue that has about 12 entryways into their hall and have requested we add this information to our tickets.

    Hi Jennifer,

     

    We have 14 portals ourselves.  When I set up the sections in the TR_SECTION table, I added the portal in the section description field.  Then added that field to the ticket format so our tickets print –

     

    West Entry <<Section Additional Text>>

    Portal 7 <<Section Description>>

    Row <<Seat Row>>  Seat <<Seat Number>>
