Good afternoon Tessiturians!
We have been struggling to find a way to impart expected attendance to our FOH and Facilities Staff so that they can properly staff for any given event.
We could use the Ticket Sales by Period Report but were looking for a way to relay this information without including any revenue reporting. Has anyone done something similar or does anyone have any advice?
Currently we're manually checking and sending this information to these teams as they do not have access to Tessitura at this time.

Just throwing in my $0.02… one of the best things that I ever did was train our House Manager on Tessitura use. He’s able to provide much better service to our patrons, can give much better information to our ushers and other FOH staff, allows him to assist our venue’s box office with troubleshooting as needed, and it empowers him to better represent First Stage in general because he has more information about performances and patrons. I’m definitely in favor of HM’s being in the client!
But to answer your question, we use the Attendance by Performance report to look at pre-show house counts. It’s the least cluttered and has the info.
