One of our ticket agents is attempting to print tickets but the tickets will not print.
The package is for a GA venue, and one of the shows in the package is in the past. The agent is attempting to print tickets to the remaining shows in the package. She can print the Header, but not the tickets.
She retrieved the order using several methods and has access to the order's MOS.She also changed the Delivery and Channel values for the order. The order has been seated and the seat status is SPD.Each time she attempts to print the tickets, if the header and ticket boxes are checked, only the header prints. And, the seat status never changes.
We browsed existing forum entries and searched the Tessitura KnowledgeBase, but (so far) haven't found anything that works. We are relatively new to Tessitura (live since Aug 1) and it's quite possible we are overlooking something obvious. All suggestions will be appreciated ..

Same ticket design. And there are other performances of this show that print the single tickets just fine.

Hi Patrick!
This sounds suspiciously familiar to an issue we were just having here. If it is the same problem it might help resolve the problem before you go through all the steps we went through in our help ticket here.
I believe First Stage is on V12, correct?
The culprit here ended up being the Price Layer description was too long. Apparently there is a 30 character limit on that field but it doesn't stop you from entering more and there's no error if you make it too long - it simply doesn't print the tickets. Sneaky, no? :)
