Unable to print tickets

One of our ticket agents is attempting to print tickets but the tickets will not print.

The package is for a GA venue, and one of the shows in the package is in the past.
The agent is attempting to print tickets to the remaining shows in the package.
She can print the Header, but not the tickets.

She retrieved the order using several methods and has access to the order's MOS.
She also changed the Delivery and Channel values for the order.
The order has been seated and the seat status is SPD.
Each time she attempts to print the tickets, if the header and ticket boxes are checked, only the header prints.
And, the seat status never changes.

We browsed existing forum entries and searched the Tessitura KnowledgeBase, but (so far) haven't found anything that works.
We are relatively new to Tessitura (live since Aug 1) and it's quite possible we are overlooking something obvious.
All suggestions will be appreciated ..

    Beth …

    Thank you ..

Your suggestion prompted us to review MOS values, and the MOS for the order had been disabled.

It was a subscription type MOS, and our subscription period is in the past.  Changing that value allowed the order to be printed.

Is the "printing" box checked in the performance tab of production elements?

    http://www.tessituranetwork.com/Help_System/Content/Mode%20of%20Sale/Add%20MOS%20to%20Perf.htm

The Seating and Printing boxes are checked by default. Uncheck one or both, if desired. When unchecked the performances will not be available for seating and/or printing for that mode of sale.

NOTE: Be sure that the seating and printing settings set here do not conflict with the seating and printing rules specified in the mode of sale setup.
