We are getting ready to sell gift certificates in Tessitura and would like to print them on regular paper stock rather than on ticket stock. We also will have them available to purchase on our website. Does anyone have a procedure for doing this that they like and could share? Where do you record recipient information, message, etc. on Tessitura? How do you get that information, plus gift certificate number, to print on the gift certificate?

I believe that there is a standard report that does exactly this. I have never used it, but you'll find it in the Ticketing Processing Folder and is called "Gift Certificate Batch Printing". Hopefully this will set you in the correct direction.
