Because of the way we are using the system we need to be able to have an order in an individuals account and also pull information from the household that they are in
ie. A child being in a dance class (set up as a performance) to be pulled for class lists but wanting the parents information to pull for marketing and newsletters.
If the child is a Primary Association then the order defaults to the Household account and if the child is not a Primary Association then I can't seem to pull the household information.
I don't know what to do.

Since this original post I’ve asked our DBA folks if it would be possible to package up this report, and the response that I got was that because it depends so heavily on our custom Student Info tab and other custom work, it would be difficult for another organization to integrate it into their system without significant work. We have also made some tweaks in preparation for our upgrade to v12.0.3 (Monday!) so that it references that new recipient field. Once the dust settles, I can see if I can connect you with our DBA for further investigation.
