I need to pull a list of subscribers and I need it to include which specific package they have bought for specific seasons. Currently when I run an output set, I get every package they’ve ever purchased,
Does anyone have any suggestions on how I can do this? Thanks!

If you specifically want to use output sets to pull this information you will likely need to create a new output set element and parameter. This setup will vary depending on what exactly you need output and what kind of criteria you want to use to filter it.Creating a new one might be something that is limited to our IT department, so you will probably want to check in with them.
A great reference tool for creating output sets is the Output Set Builder Cookbook.For example, you probably want a season parameter to filter on which can be found in multiple examples in the cookbook.
You may also want to take a look at the Package Order Listing report in the Ticketing Subscription folder. This might be helpful.
