refunds and exchanges - NON MANAGER ACCESS

Is there a way to do an exchange with out the ticket office staff having access to returns?  How do other places deal with this?  We are currently updating the controls that staff have and ive run into a problem with this particular access.  Thank you for any help.

  • The easiest way to do this is to create another log-in control group. For instance, you could have one for managers, one for supervisors, and one for front line sellers. In that, you can then restrict their access to a mode of sale. You can also restrict their access to only be able to view ticket returns. You do have to take into consideration ticket donations. You can also control that to view only. It is Ticket Benevolent Returns.
