Hello All:

One of our users wishes to add a note about a user defined fee.

We see a "Fee Text" box, however no cursor appears there so a note can be typed.

Is this just the place where notes applied in the "Miscellaneous Text" field from Fee Detail setup appear?

Is there a way to add a note about a specific fee? Thanks.

    Hi David

     

    Yes, the text you see when adding a Fee is a display of the data entered in the “Miscellaneous Text” field in the Fee Setup screen, it’s not an input field for use during the transaction.

    As a fall-back your best bet right now would be to use the Order Notes field. And coming in V12 there is also a Notes field on the payment screen.
