You can create a promo code that doesn’t link to an offer. Create a new MOS (as Nicole suggested) and new price types, if needed. Ensure that this MOS/price type combination doesn’t charge the fees, per your fee rules. Create sources for the groups you want to offer this to. Then populate TR_WEB_SOURCE_NO with source, MOS, and promo code information. When a purchaser enters the promo code on the Web, they’ll be shifted into the new MOS and won’t be charged the fees.
